Die passive Bauweise erfordert den Betrieb über einen externen Verstärker.

Subwoofer IP 500 SW The interplay between the subwoofer IP 500 SW and the other components of the Impaq 500 system is as perfectly pitched as its acoustic properties.

The compact 32-litre casing and the Klippel-optimised 250-millimetre subwoofer ensure powerful bass, providing an impressive background sound to complement the existing excellent quality of the column speakers.

Four spikes are provided so that the IP 500 SW may be effectively isolated from the floor and the Downfire woofer placed at the correct distance. It is driven by an IP 500 DR receiver digital power amplifier, which is solely responsible for the bass element.

The IP 500 SW is not available separately, but only in the Impaq 500 package.
