Satellites leap-years ahead

Their construction with flat membranes offers precisely placed phasing - all frequencies are simultaneously presented. A further advantage: any distortion is drastically reduced. Your result? The Dipoles: Real surround
The rear sound area of your home cinema system is ably taken care of by the full-range dipoles included in this system - bringing the frequency down to 80 Hz. This is how you listen to Blu-ray sound!

The subwoofer: muscular, deep, compact
The S 8000 SW is a legendary sub. There is no other subwoofer that we know of that offers a 300 mm woofer which also has a THX Ultra2 certification. Nevermind the 500 watt performance, a frequency of 25 Hz and an acoustic pressure from 114 dB: this set really delivers on the bass. Even for a THX certified set.

High tech outside
The brushed aluminium front surprises with its minimal sound reflection and diffraction. This construction of the set-back driver has yet more advantages for you: an ever more precise sound with an improved listening sweet spot.

Even more practical? The stable fronts are easily removed, thus improving the high frequency range. An additional bonus? you get to see the gorgeous diamond cut rings on the tweeters. On the bottom of the speaker you'll find placement possibilities for stand feet or a wall mount. There are stable connections prepared for your AV REceiver, as well. These take cables up to 6 mm² as well as banana plugs.

Two 130 mm midrange drivers and a 25 mm tweeter delivers a band width from 80-22000 Hz. These deliver (even in longer listening sessions) an optimal frequency playback yet a neutral sound for an amazingly analytical playback. It doesn't matter whether you listen to film, games or music on this gorgeous set: you're assured an otherworldly experience every time.

Dipoles with all the extras
A total of five drivers per dipole: one 130 mm woofer, two 100 mm midrange drivers and a 25 mm tweeter delivers a sound from 80-22000 Hz. The enormous playback from 180 watts delivers undistorted amazing sound. The best part? Our dipoles and front/centre speakers were designed together, so they play absolutely simultaneously and absolutely perfectly together. The dipoles also have a special metal bracket for easy placement on your wall. An additional holder or stand foot set is simply not needed. The dipoles have secure screw terminals up to 6 mm² and use banana plugs without a problem, too.

Subwoofer with the works
The S 0800 SW with THX Ultra 2 certification is an electronic masterpiece and offers you a classic, powerful subwoofer. The facts speak for it without us having to: 25 Hz frequency (-3 dB), 500 watts of performance and a powerful 114 dB SPL at 40 Hz.

An absolute new highlight of this sub is the included DSP from Analog Devices. This guarantees an extremely efficient efficiency and a very low distortion. The DSP handles the analogue signal of your AV Receiver in a digital format and thus delivers distortion free play. A high quality analogue/digital convertor from Cirrus Logic handles the Sigma-Delta procedure with 192 kHz and 56 Bit for the best sound in the digital world.

The DSP delivers you the following features.:

Satellite Speaker S 700 FCR

The S 700 FCR sets a new level of sound volume, transparency and neutrality in top class circles. This speaker can be used as a front, centre or rear speaker and has two high-tech 130 mm flat membrane drivers and a 25 mm tweeter.

This two-way system delivers a neutral playback and a wide frequency range (80-22000 Hz) so that not only your film will sound amazing – your music and gaming will, too.

The special flat membrane drivers play all frequencies with the same effectiveness and with extremely close phasing, which means you get absolutely no distortion at very high volumes. The fixed „sandwich“ structure reduces vibrations on the membrane, which increases pulse fidelity. The stable aluminium housing ensures you have no negative diffusion effects.

With a performance of 180 watts (130 watts loading capability) you can flood large rooms (up to 50 m²) with astounding sound. The optimised dispersion and strict positioning of the drivers helps to widen the „sweet spot“ sound listening area.

The included front cover is easy to take on and off, giving the speakers a greater emphasis ability on high notes. The bottom of the speaker has a screw which enables wall mounting or table stand use.

Active Subwoofer S 8000 SW

Never before has a manufacturer used a 300 mm driver in a housing from 80 liters and still received the THX Ultra 2 certification – until Teufel did it. A level of 114 dB at 40 Hz with a linearity from +-1 dB. This is the highest of high performance and displays the absolute expertise Teufel has gained over 20 years of THX design and manufacturing.

The S 8000 SW is a THX subwoofer leader thanks to the lengthy and many-levelled design process oft he long-stroke subwoofer with included magnetic shielding (THX Ultra 2 requirements!).

Thanks to the new DSP unit the sub has an even lower harmonic distortion while having a higher efficiency. With its 500 watts of performance alongside a distortion-free level, an even amplifier performance is assured. A great side effect: you save energy. The digital signal processor (DSP) handles incoming analogue signals in digital and can play without distortion or blurring.

The features included in this sub far outweigh other conventional THX subwoofers:

Dipole Speaker S 700 D (right)

The precisely tuned Dipole speakers are designed as part of a set and deliver emotional, powerful sound for the rear area of your listening room.

Thanks to the dipole construction – a 100 mm mid-to-low range driver and a 25 mm tweeter per side – this speaker sounds absolutely the same when listening from both the front and the back. The reflected sound directed towards the listening area is thus minimised: only the reflections from the wall can be heard. This means your rear listening sound is that much more realistic and diffused.

An included 130 mm woofer drops the crossover frequency of the sub down to 80 Hz. Special effects in the bass area make the playback just that more astounding. The enormous performance of 160 watts (110 loading capability) fills rooms up to 50 m² with amazing sound.

There is a switch to enable conventional dipole sound or direct sound on the back of the speaker. An integrated wall mount on the Dipole makes wall placement easy.

The S 700 D is not available separately.
