For rooms up to 40 sqm
We recommend the LT 3 Power Edition for rooms up to 40 sqm. The set sounds best within these rooms. Please note: It's important you check the listening area to calculate the number of square metres you've got to plan for; adjacent areas, such as space around a dining table, are deducted.
Stereo setup
The LT 3 Power Edition is equally as powerful for music playback as for home cinema play; it can easily replace your regular stereo standing speakers. Teufel's a master at the satellite/subwoofer combination; we've been designing them, and extremely successfully, since 1989. We guarantee a solidly developed satellite and subwoofer with amazing sound - especially when compared to much more expensive (and larger) systems.
Deep, precise and heavy on performance: the L 4200 SW
With an amazing 350 watts and a 300 mm woofer the subwoofer delivers absolute sound - ideal for dynamic film sound or game playback.
Selection without restriction
Every room is different. That's why we offer both a standing column speaker (FR) or a short satellite (FCR) for wall mounting. The LT 3 Power Edition is thus offered in two different variations: four columns (Set L) or a mix of columns and satellites (Set M).
Harmonic interplay
The speakers fit perfectly into your room and can be placed where you'd like. For example: columns at the back, short speakers to the front - or switch it around. The five speakers have an identical playback and work simultaneously to deliver the optimum in sound.
Magnetic shielding
All the LT 3 Power Edition drivers are magnetically shielded so the speakers can be set up without worry to nearness of your TV or monitor.
Expanded listening horizons
The two 80 mm midlevel drivers produce a very balanced frequency response in conjunction with the excellent 25 mm tweeters (fabric dome neodymium magnet!) In other words, even outside the optimum listening position (=middle) you'll enjoy an amazing listening experience.
Real Aluminium
In relation to other systems, the LT 3 Power Edition has a lot more going for it visually than other comparably priced systems. Teufel uses aluminium for the housing - an extremely expensive construction material, but still very stable.
Postioning the centre
Position the centre using the supplied mounting tray or on a corresponding piece of furniture. Alternatively, you can mount the centre or satellite with the integrated keyhole mount on the wall. The optimum wall mount setup would be the universal wall mount AC 8500 SM. If you wish to use a base instead, we recommend the AC 5001 SP.
The LT 3 Power Edition / AV receiver connection
The subwoofer operates via the line-in over a mono RCA cable to the sub-out jack of an AV receiver, while the five satellites are connected via speaker cable to the AV Receiver. Connect other signal devices (such as TV, PC, DVD players) directly to their AV Receiver connection.
