The Tweeter The reduced distortion factor of the 33 mm textile dome is taken care of in connection with the extra-long hub of the membrane for an extremely dynamic playback and very high-definition high range. The frequency response reaches over 27 kHz and creates a more than adequate basis for high-definition media like Blu-ray, SACD, DVD-Audio or HD tracks on the internet.
The Midrange Distortion free, level sound, even at extreme volumes is the result of the reduced distortion of the midrange unit. Made of pure titanium, the concave membrane with a diameter of 100 mm lets voices and acoustic instruments take effect in a lifelike and natural way.
A broad coverage allows one to hear great sound even outside of the ideal listening position. Of course, the midrange was trimmed to give a very direct, yet dispersing frequency response.
The Subwoofer
Two active and four passive klippel-technology optimized drivers, each with a 170 mm Rohacell carbon sandwich membranes, achieve an impressive playback through the two layer material mix.
The Bass Alignment The bass performance of these optimal speakers is amazing, thanks to the four passive, flexible membranes - regardless of how they’re placed in the room, or what sound volume you require. There are three connections at the rear of the amplifier for bridge use during operation.
The Housing These moderately-sized, yet thin sound machines have a 43 liter housing with a weight of over 31 kg - with a gorgeous high-gloss white finish. The secure base feet guarantee safe handling and protection for your speakers.
The Amplifier The Ultima 800 MK II is generally quite flexible and its dB (at 2.83) and bass alignment works well, even with weak amplifiers. If you want to enjoy truly strong bass, select a model that ranges up to at least 100 watts. The thanks you’ll get? A loading capability of 350 watt playback!
