It could take a few minutes for this email to arrive, and please check Junk mail. Once you have this mail please confirm your email address. Now you’re officially a Teufel Fan! We will now send you another welcoming email. In the first email you will receive a welcome voucher and in a second mailing you will get the chance to learn a little more about Teufel. After that, you will receive our official weekly newsletter.

We want to be absolutely sure that it’s really you that registered for our newsletter. And not your email address being used by a third party.

We regularly offer our Teufel Fans great content and exclusive deals.
Alongside being the first to know about up-and-coming events, great competitions and exciting infos about the company, you will also receive deals that we only offer to our Teufel Fans that have either subscribed via email or WhatsApp. However, we won’t be able to tell you in advance about exact dates of future sales or what the sale could include. We do ask though that you do not share any exclusive Teufel Fan offers. They are meant only for those who have subscribed for our newsletter. Should you defy this, you won’t be receiving any birthday surprise from us!

All personal information in your profile can be added by choice. So, you don’t have to do it. However, the more we know about you, the better we can create and send content designed for you. And send you exclusive offers that we think would interest you. And if you happen to share your date of birth, you will also receive a little birthday surprise from us!

You will receive between 1 to 2 mailings a week full with our current offers, as well as our feature articles about everything audio. You will also receive irregular mailings on special topics, such as recently launched products or deals that we might have in our stores.

In our weekly mailing you can learn about existing deals (both online and in store), current sales, info about our products and exciting articles about everything audio. Amongst these, you will be informed about relevant events and competitions that we have running. You will also have the chance to take part in a survey or study, giving your opinion about Teufel, as well as your thoughts on our products and services.

The email address by which the newsletter is sent out, is not intend to answer customer questions. Any emails sent to us on this address are redirected to another department, meaning it often takes time before an email is replied to.

If you’re looking to unsubscribe to our newsletter, simply click the “cancel subscription” link at the bottom of our newsletters.

We use your email for one reason - to send you our newsletters. However, should you online, in our online store, enter the same email address when buying a product, we will send you a newsletter with more information about the product that you have purchased. When you fill your online profile with more details, we will use these to send you a more personalised newsletter, as well as interesting offers. For this purpose, we also evaluate your usage behaviour in the newsletter and your purchasing behaviour in our web shop.

At the bottom of every newsletter you can the link “cancel subscription”, which you can use to very easily stop your subscription.

It can sometimes be the case that attempted subscription cancellations from foreign countries do not work. Should this happen, just send us an email to unsubscribe@teufelaudio.com

We don’t automatically update your email address to ensure that the logged email address is active, and that you really want to receive our mailings.
